Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Swanlift bras are clothing and are not medical devices; if you have a medical condition or back pain, ask your doctor for advice.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in your currency, including any discount that applies. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order you have already placed. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a payment looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Liability
